Military Ministry

Mission

To share the love of Jesus Christ with our military community through prayer, fellowship, and support.

Purpose

To provide spiritual and emotional support that focuses on the needs and issues associated with the unique lifestyles of military families.

Vision:  To ensure that our military members and their families can always depend on New Life Baptist Church to assist, direct and enhance their spiritual, mental and emotional wellbeing, by providing assistance in areas when and where the military is unable, by working in direct partnership with the military. 

Outreach Projects

Veterans/Military Fellowship (Quarterly), Military Family Night Out, Spouse and Family Support Group, Adopt a Unit/Battalion, Mentors for children of deployed soldiers. Additionally, we have an annual Military Honors Worship Service in November.

New Life Baptist Church supports our military members.  Whether deployed or stationed locally, our Pastors and ministers reach out to our soldiers and airmen, and provide prayer and support daily.  This powerful ministry connects with the military units located in Lakewood, Tacoma, and Bremerton, and serves as a resource for our military men and women serving locally and abroad.
